Audit

Most Irish companies will be exempt from an audit, subject to certain thresholds, such as turnover, assets or number of employees. Additionally, Irish companies must meet all filing deadlines with the Registrar of Companies in order to be exempt from an audit. Currently, companies limited by Guarantee (principally companies set up to manage the common areas of residential developments and charities) require an audit under Irish Company Law.

As registered auditors, we can deliver hassle-free statutory or mandatory audits in compliance with company law. The results of an independent audit will prove the integrity of your business to your customers, suppliers, investors and banks.
