We offer a fixed price, agreed in advance, for all the services listed below. This will give you peace of mind, so you do not have to worry about cost overruns.

Accountancy:
We provide a complete accountancy service to self-employed individuals, partnerships and limited companies. We will assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements to ensure that our clients meet all their reporting obligations. For limited companies, we will compile the statutory financial statements and the annual company returns for filing with the Companies Registration Office.

Taxation:
All self-employed individuals, company directors and limited companies are required to submit annual tax returns to the Revenue Commissioners. We ensure that all returns are filed on a timely basis and that all tax reliefs and credits are claimed, so as to ensure minimum tax liability.

Bookkeeping:
We provide a complete bookkeeping service to our clients. We reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis, provide up-to-date aged debtors and creditors reports. We also assist in the preparation of VAT and PAYE returns. Accounts are prepared to a Trial Balance stage. We also provide monthly and/or quarterly management accounts to clients, which provides more timely financial information, avoiding the inconvenience of waiting for the annual financial statements.

Payroll:
We provide a comprehensive payroll bureau service to our clients, providing electronic or paper payslips to employees, ensuring compliance with Revenue filing dates and completing the year-end returns for clients.

Audit:
Most Irish companies are exempt from an audit; however, certain types of companies, such as those limited by guarantee, cannot avail of an audit exemption under current Irish Company Law.

Companies limited by guarantee include property management companies and charities. We will plan our audit to ensure it is efficient and effective. In addition, for property management companies limited by guarantee, we will endeavour that your company is fully compliant with reporting recommendations from the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE).
